STATUS
The Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology (MPIIB) presents a summer internship program in Berlin for international bachelor's and master's students. The program provides talented students who have faced challenges in science education with the opportunity to pursue a scientific career. Interns will participate in research projects under the guidance of experienced mentors and have the chance to attend additional classes and training sessions.
Financial Coverage
- A monthly stipend of approximately €1,400
- Coverage of travel expenses to and from Berlin
- Accommodation provided near the institute
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled bachelor's and master's students
- Must have completed at least 4 semesters (2 years) of their bachelor's degree
- Studies in biology, medicine, biochemistry, epidemiology, or a related field
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to participate fully throughout the program duration (from September 1 to November 30, 2027)
